Program Description: The Institute of Government is a multi-unit organization housing a NASPAA-accredited MPA program and faculty, an applied research unit primarly doing research for state, local and nonprofit government, a Center for Nonprofit Organizations (housing the state's only Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management), and is home to the Arkansas Public Administration Consortium, a cooperative program of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, the Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville that offers public management training opportunities for public and nonprofit organizations.
